FREE CONTINENTAL AND ENGLISH BREAKFAST FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER PERIOD
SPECIAL LONG STAY:
- 10% discount on monthly stay (4 weeks) in the apartments in June and September, 8% – in July
- 8% discount on 3-week stay in June, July and September
- 5% discount on 2-week stay in all period except August
5% discount shall apply when booking an apartment for summer season in advance, before the 30th of April.
For bookings made before 30 April 10% discount valid for all periods.Rates include (for a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday):
- The normal consumption of water, electricity, air conditioning
- Initial supply of bed linen and towels, changed once a week free for stays longer than 7 nights, kitchen linen not available
- Using the outdoor pool with jacuzzi for adults and separate children's play area with adjoining
- Beach service which includes: 1 umbrella, 1 sun bed, 1 deckchair for flat
- ADSL Internet connection in all apartments and common areas, also wi-fi connecting
- Use of the kitchen complete with all utensils and crockery sufficient for a holiday in complete autonomy. Available to new mothers: the bottle warmer, steriliser, blender, table chair, baby bouncer, baby bath, changing table pad.
- NB: In the residence formula, the rearrangement of the apartment is scheduled every 7 days.
Hotel formula:
- Full board treatment € 40.00 per person per day (Daily cleaning and change of towels included);
- Half board treatment € 30.00 per person per day (Daily cleaning and change of towels included);
- Children up to 5 years free in both cases.
Optional supplements on request to be paid locally:
- Bed or cot supplement added 10% in all periods. Free cradle if replacing a bed.
- Indoor parking space under video surveillance €60.00 per week and €10.00 per day, subject to availability.
- Baby high chair €15.00 per week.
- Light stroller €15.00 per week.
- Bike rental € 20.00 per week.
- Additional midweek cleaning of the residence and change of bed linen and towels € 25.00 for a studio flat and € 35 for a two-room flat (excluding kitchenette).
- Use of the laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers, detergents included € 5.00 per cycle, iron and ironing board included.
Compulsory services:
- Final cleaning after departure: € 40.00 for studios, € 50.00 for 1-bedroom apartments.
- Obligation to return kitchen clean, if not done charge of € 20.00.
- Sea view: € 40.00 a week in June and September, € 50.00 in July and August.
- Tourist Tax: € 1.00 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days, children up to 11 years of age are exempt. Stay in the months of May and September, reduction of 50%.
